Process: The Seller, Goltens, engaged the Urban Core Division to exclusively represent them in the sale of the property. Our team braded the site as “The Oasis” – a private enclave in the center of Wynwood.

Challenges: North Miami Avenue, at the time, was recognized as being on the outskirts of the action and too close to the Brightline train tracks. We branded North Miami Ave as the central gateway throughfare to all major neighborhoods of Miami. The site was visible from 2nd Avenue while still benefiting from its private enclave.

Outcome: After two months of being on the market and having multiple bidders, the Goltens selected the best buyer with the shortest term. The buyers decided to keep the name “The Oasis” and the site is now leased to spotify for their office – including an open courtyard with a stage and foodtrucks for events.
